*Should have managed a sales team in previous roles..
*Should have professional terms of Delhi NCR & excellent networking skills in order to generate new leads & referrals..
*Candidate should have experience of insurance industry..
*Candidate should have corporate data base and good PR with Corporate..
*Candidate must be a performer and achiever..
*Outstanding selling skills..
*Must have worked upon targets and should be able to take that pressure..
*Candidates only from General Insurance background will be preferred..
